Siann Aburn (B.Optom)
Siann grew up in Auckland and after completing her degree she started work at Stephens and Giles. 
After travelling overseas for a few years she came back to New Zealand and worked in the South Island before returning to Palmerston North in 1999 to join Peter Giles in partnership at Eyes on Broadway. She juggles her full time work with two small children and her role as a councillor of the NZAO.

Peter Giles (Dip Opt)
Peter graduated in 1981 and has been in this practice since 1984.  His special interests lie in contact lenses and childrens vision associated with learning difficulties. He enjoys Palmerston North and its environment, being actively involved in the community through the Lions club. He is a past councillor of the NZAO and chairman of the Optometric Vision Research Foundation.

Ryan Mahmoud ( B.Optom, TPA endorsement.)

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Optometry degree in 2008 and moved down to Palmerston North in 2009 to join Eyes on Broadway as their third optometrist. His research group at University won the New Zealand College of Optometry prize for the best final year research project. His therapeutic endorsement allows him to prescribe drugs for various eye conditions. Ryan has a keen interest in contact lens fitting and orthokeratology.

Gavin Hale

Gavin is our technician who works in our onsite laboratory using the latest equipment to cut and fit your lenses into your chosen frame. Gavin does the repairs and adjustments to get your glasses back in line. He has 20 plus years experience in the lab.
